You complete Birth Doula Package comes with the following:

2-3 Prenatal Visits
The first visit is to meet you, your partner, and will be in the comfort of your own home or if necessary, online/over the phone. Home is the best option if you plan to have a home birth, as this allows me to get to know the space I will be working in. This will be a great time to discuss your birth plans, fears or worries, and get to know you better.
The second visit will be at 36 weeks. Ideally, I would love to attend you 36wk prenatal appointment with you, as this gives me a great opportunity to get to know your provider before the birth. This visit is also a great time to discuss any any last minute changes to your birth plan.
A third visit can be done if you wish to have one last visit before the baby joins your family! This is a time to discuss any remaining fears, concerns, or anxieties, or to even help you get your home completely ready for baby.

Continuous Labor Support
Phone, text and/or video support during early labor
Constant support once I join you at your birthing place. This includes physical, emotional, or even spiritual support. Once I join you, I won't be leaving until baby is born, so I will be there with you throughout the entire labor.
1-2 Postpartum Visits:
First would ideally be the day you arrive home with baby, but can be up to 48hrs after the birth. This visit is to check to make sure you're doing great and to provide any lactation support if necessary. If visit on on day you arrive home, I can assist unloading things from the car, cook a meal for the family while you relax, and/or watch/hold baby while you take a shower and nap (same for your partner!).
Our second postpartum visit would be within 1-2 weeks of having baby home, and would be our final visit together. This can be done virtually or in person.

2 Prenatal Visits
The first visit is very similar to what it would be if we were together in person. This would be the time to get to know you and your partner better, to get to know your birth plans, discussing how your partner/support person can help you physically, and to answer any questions you may have at this time. This can be done in person, through the phone, or via Skype/Zoom. These are completely individualized based upon what your needs are.
The second visit is at 36 weeks. Preferably, I would love to "join" you for your 36wk prenatal appointment via Skype/Zoom - this would allow me to introduce myself to your provider and get to know them as well. If this is not doable, this appointment will consist of discussing any last minute changes to the birth plan, a discussion over the Stages of Labor and various techniques we can use for you during your labor to support you within my ability.

Continuous Virtual Labor Support
During early labor, I can be used as a "sounding board" - someone to throw all of your excitement, fears, pain, anger, or any other emotions you may have.
Discuss when it is "time" to go to the hospital - many mothers wonder if what they're experiencing is really "it", or if their water has broken. I am here to help you through those decisions.
Providing emotional (and spiritual, if desired) support, encouragement, suggestions on how to manage your pain, coping techniques, and promote informed decisions between you and your partner/support person by explaining available options.
Postpartum Support
Virtual postpartum support is a bit different than it would be in person, but no less helpful! I will be available to your family for two weeks following the birth of baby (via text, call, or Skype).
At least one Skype visit within 48hrs to discuss how you are doing since the labor, discuss lactation tips if necessary, and any questions you may have.
Our final visit will be around 2 weeks after the birth.
