What is a Doula?
Doula (du-la): From the Greek word "doule", meaning "female helper/attendant". A trained nonmedical woman experienced with childbirth who provides advice, evidence based information, emotional support and comfort to a woman before, during, and after childbirth. Continuous support during labor has proven to result in healthier outcomes for mother and child.
Services
You deserve to be seen, heard, and informed throughout your pregnancy. Whether you are having a natural, unmedicated birth at home, an epidural birth in a hospital, a caesarean section, or aren't sure what you want to do yet, I am here to walk alongside you during your pregnancy and labor and provide non-judgmental and evidence based support.

Hello, and thank you so much for considering Douluxe Birth Services! My name is Erin Freeman and I am so excited about the possibility of working with you! I am a 35 year old Oklahoma native, wife to my best friend in the entire world, mother to a beautiful miracle named Jacob Russell, and a passionate birth worker.
